Privacy and cookie policy

This policy explains how the personal data of visitors to www.pavimentisassuolo.com (the "Site") is processed. The Site is an information page: it contains no data collection forms, uses no profiling cookies and installs no analytics or tracking tools.

2. Data processed
a) Browsing data
During normal operation, the computer systems that run the Site collect some data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, server response code, browser type and operating system. This data is recorded in the server's technical logs. It is not used to identify or profile visitors and serves only to keep the Site working properly and securely (for example, to prevent cyber attacks).
b) Data you provide voluntarily
If you choose to contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp using the details shown on the Site, we will process the data you give us (for example your name, contact details and the content of your request) only to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a quote.

4. Cookies and similar technologies
The site uses no profiling, analytics or advertising cookies and installs no tracking tools.
The site is delivered through the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc.), which protects it from cyber attacks and makes it load faster. For these security purposes Cloudflare may set a few strictly necessary technical cookies:

These are technical cookies: under the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (decision of 10 June 2021) they do not require consent, which is why no cookie banner is shown. You can still block or delete them in your browser settings; if you do, some security checks may be repeated.
Fonts, images and scripts are served from the site's own domain: no resources are loaded from external services such as Google Fonts, embedded maps, videos or social plugins.
Links to external sites, such as ceramichesassuolo.com or social media profiles, lead to sites with their own privacy and cookie policies, which we invite you to read. Links to ceramichesassuolo.com contain UTM parameters that only indicate the referring site and contain no personal data.
5. Recipients of the data
Data may be processed by the Site's hosting provider, acting as a data processor under Art. 28 GDPR, and by staff of the controller authorised to process it. Data is not disclosed or sold to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the EU
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and served through Cloudflare's global network. Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States and acts as hosting provider and data processor: technical data passing through its network, such as IP addresses, may therefore also be processed outside the European Union. The transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates, and on the standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement.
Contact via WhatsApp
The WhatsApp button is a simple link: it loads no scripts, sets no cookies and sends no data until you tap it. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, we will process your number, profile name and messages only to answer your request and, if you ask, to prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For the operation of the service, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd (Meta group) acts as an independent controller and may transfer data outside the European Union under the safeguards described in its privacy policy. Conversations are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, in case of purchase, for the periods required by law.

7. Your rights
You may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR at any time: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. To do so, write to contatti@ceramichesassuolo.com.
If you believe the processing infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.

The controller may update this policy, for example following changes to the Site or to the law. The date of the latest update is shown at the top.
